Here at Fit4Lincoln we believe in community being the number factor in all our clients success. It is because of this belief why we love to organize events where members can get together inside or outside of the gym to continue to learn together and get to know one another. Every month we hold a contining education seminar where we will have a partnering business come in to educate our clients on different aspects of mind, body, and physical health. On top of these monthly seminars we also love to organize fun runs getting many members involved. If you have never done one of these runs you are in luck! Our members love to partipate and help support fellow members every step of the run. The Mud Run, Color Run, Big Red Challenge, and Glow Run are just a example of what we like to participate in!
